Formed in 2000. KEEP is an environmental education company that works directly with schools, community groups and special needs groups in the development of sustainable ongoing organic garden and native habitat projects.
Eco Cabin Accomodation
We have three self catering cabins available to rent throughout the year, for groups, individuals or for residential farm courses.
All cabins have solar water heaters and wood burning stoves, they are well insulated and easy to heat.
A classroom / events room is also available
Training Courses
KEEP has been running in service training for primary school teachers since 2004. This course gives teachers the tools to set up their own organic garden in their school grounds. Two courses are run at Gortbrack, through the Tralee Education Centre every summer, in the first week and last week of the summer holidays.
Eco Landscaping
Gortbrack is dedicated to designing gardens for wildlife by creating habitats for our native flora and fauna; and to edible garden design, helping people to start growing their own vegetables again no matter what size garden they have.
